Mallard Investment Management is a real estate brokerage company, founded in 1996, concentrating in the area of
property management. In addition, we provide sales, leasing, and development services, and participate with the
companies we manage in the asset management of their portfolios. Operating in the Reno-Sparks, Carson City region
of Northern Nevada, the company looks for opportunities to conservatively grow the values of these organizations.
